Descripción
Jean-Luc Picard, capitán del USS Enterprise, recibe un mensaje de la flota. Al parecer, el comandante Data, que se encontraba estudiando una sociedad primitiva, ha sufrido un cortocircuito y ha revelado la existencia del equipo de investigación a los habitantes del planeta Ba'Ku. Pronto descubrirá que intentaba defender a ésta sociedad inocente de las aspiraciones de los Son'a.
