Segunda Guerra Mundial. El piloto estadounidense Steve Trevor (Lyle Waggoner) es derribado en un duelo aéreo contra un avión nazi, y cae en paracaídas sobre una isla del Triángulo de las Bermudas, la Isla Paraíso, tierra de las amazonas.
